Our version of gratin baked potatoes combines a simple staple ingredient with bold seafood flavours. - Ingredients:
- 1 pouch of Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce
- 4 potatoes
- 1 oz olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp green onions or chives
- Instructions:
- Wash the potatoes and rub them with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 400F for 1 hour.
- Place the cooked potatoes on a cooking sheet and cut them open.
- Heat Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce according to package directions.
- Top the potatoes with heated Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce, add your favourite blend of cheeses (we've used Mozzarella and Yellow Cheddar) and top with green onions or chives.
- Bake in the oven at 450F for approximately 8-10 minutes and serve!
