Prepare with Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce

Our version of gratin baked potatoes combines a simple staple ingredient with bold seafood flavours. Coated in our delicious Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce and topped with a generous layer of cheese, these baked potatoes will amaze your guests and turn an ordinary meal into a memorable culinary experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch of Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp green onions or chives
Instructions:
  1. Wash the potatoes and rub them with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 400F for 1 hour.
  2. Place the cooked potatoes on a cooking sheet and cut them open.
  3. Heat Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce according to package directions.
  4. Top the potatoes with heated Knocean Foods Seafood Sauce, add your favourite blend of cheeses (we've used Mozzarella and Yellow Cheddar) and top with green onions or chives.
  5. Bake in the oven at 450F for approximately 8-10 minutes and serve!
