  • Eggs
  • English muffins
  • Asparagus
  • Tomatoes
  • Butter

Instructions:
  1. Cook your asparagus and slice your tomato.
  2. Prepare a pot of water for the eggs.
  3. Poach your egg.

  5. Toast the English Muffins and butter them. Top them with cooked asparagus, a tomato slice and a poached egg.
