Founded in 2014, Knocean Foods was born of Etienne Dodier's vision, whose family has been in the seafood industry for over 60 years. Growing up in the industry, he harboured a bold and unique vision for his company. He aspired to provide top-tier products that are entirely natural yet accessible to those lacking easy access to fresh seafood.

Through strong partnerships with local suppliers, Knocean Foods guarantees fresh seafood while supporting the livelihoods of coastal communities.

In 2019, after distributing products in the food service industry and selected markets for several years, Knocean Foods launched its first product designed especially for retail. Today, Knocean Foods continues to strengthen its commitment to product excellence. The Lobster Bisque and Seafood Sauce are now available in over 1,000 stores across Canada and internationally.
